Refund Policy – Udesha Academy

At Udesha Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training programs that ensure student satisfaction and career growth. However, we understand that situations may arise where a student may wish to withdraw from a course. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and considerate of both students and academy operations.

General Refund Terms:

1. Refund Eligibility:
• A refund request must be submitted in writing via email to support@udashaacademy.com within 7 days of course enrollment.
• Refunds are only applicable for students who have not accessed more than 20% of the course content or not attended more than 2 live sessions (whichever comes first).
2. Non-Refundable Fees:
• Registration or admission fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Any fees paid towards certification, software licenses, or study materials are also non-refundable.
3. Mode of Refund:
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 working days through the original payment method or via bank transfer.

No Refund Conditions:

• No refunds will be processed:
• After 7 days of enrollment.
• If the student has accessed more than 20% of the course content or attended more than 2 live classes.
• For students enrolled under special offers, discounted fees, or combo programs.
• In cases of misconduct, violation of academy rules, or disciplinary action.
• For absence, discontinuation, or dropout due to personal reasons.

Batch Transfer / Course Switching Policy:

• Students may request a one-time batch transfer or switch to a different course within 10 days of enrollment, subject to:
• Availability of seats in the desired batch.
• Payment of any applicable difference in course fees.
• Approval from the academic coordinator.

 Exceptions:

Udesha Academy reserves the right to provide partial or full refunds in exceptional cases such as:

• Course cancellation by the academy.
• Inability to commence the course due to unforeseen academy-side issues.
